Position: Assistant Manager / Senior Engineer – Process – Cement Plant
 

Experience: 8–12 Years (Cement Industry – Mandatory)
 

CTC: As per company norms
 

Key Skill: Kiln & VRM operation, process optimization, heat & material balance, shutdown management, refractory supervision, safety compliance
 

Responsibility: Operation and control of Kiln & VRM, process optimization through flow/heat/material balance, supervision of refractory installation during shutdowns, coordination and troubleshooting during shutdowns and process upsets with strict safety adherence
 

Qualification: BE / B. Tech (Chemical) or relevant engineering qualification
