CAPEX, Plant Expansion, Modernization, Commissioning & Automation Projects
 

Energy Optimization & Reduction in Specific Power Consumption
 

Electrical Safety & Statutory Compliance
 

Team Leadership, TPM, 5S, Kaizen & Continuous Improvement
 

Strong Cement Industry experience preferred.
 

Proven experience handling complete plant-level E&I operations end-to-end.
 

Strong exposure to HT/LT, DCS, PLC, VFD, SCADA & Instrumentation.
 

Experience in Maintenance + Projects/CAPEX.
 

Leadership experience at DGM/AGM/GM/Head level.

 

Responsibility:

 

Lead end-to-end Electrical & Instrumentation operations for the complete cement plant.
 

Ensure reliable operation of Kiln, Raw Mill, Cement Mill, Coal Mill, Crusher, Packing Plant & Utilities.
 

Drive preventive and predictive maintenance, RCA, reliability and OEE improvement.
 

Lead CAPEX, plant expansion, modernization, commissioning and automation projects.
 

Drive energy optimization and reduction in specific power consumption.
 

Ensure electrical safety, statutory compliance and zero-accident culture.
 

Lead and develop the complete E&I team.
 

Drive TPM, 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
