Responsibility:

 

Build strong relationships with Channel Partners, Architects, Engineers and Contractors.
 

Prepare and submit documents to clients as per requirements.
 

Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations of Cement and BPD products.
 

Develop scope for new BPD products at Trade and Non-Trade sites.
 

Provide technical services to Trade as well as Non-Trade customers.
 

Introduce UTEC services and explain their benefits to Channel Partners, Architects, Engineers and Contractors to increase business.
 

Handle customer complaints immediately on the same day.
 

For quality-related complaints, coordinate with the R&D team and complete application-related checking within 48 hours.

 

Qualification: B.Tech – Civil Engineering only
