Responsibility: Lead the Electrical & Instrumentation function at plant level; manage electrical maintenance, reliability, energy management, plant electrical safety, instrumentation, automation and control systems; lead large teams and cross-functional initiatives; handle CAPEX projects, commissioning and plant expansion/modernization activities
 

Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech in Electrical Engineering 
 

Others: Cement industry experience is mandatory | Strong leadership, problem-solving, decision-making & stakeholder-management skills | Experience in handling large teams preferred | Exposure to CAPEX, commissioning and plant modernization is an advantage
