Position: Maintenance Manager – Cement Plant

 

Experience: 20–25 years of hands-on experience in major cement plants; preferably 10+ years in Head of Maintenance / Maintenance Manager positions.

 

CTC: Negotiable

 

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering

 

Key Skill: Cement Plant Maintenance, Plant Operations, Maintenance Team Management, Major Plant Maintenance Activities, Mechanical Maintenance, Practical Plant-Based Experience

 

Responsibility: Manage maintenance teams and major plant maintenance activities; ensure effective cement plant maintenance and operations; handle maintenance functions based on strong hands-on plant experience. Candidates with plant-based experience are preferred over consultancy-only backgrounds.
