Responsibility:

 

Track and control plant operating and performance parameters.
 

Provide technical support to the Plant Manager for analysis of performance parameters.
 

Set plant objectives in line with BU objectives.
 

Ensure adoption and adherence to Nuvoco standards, norms and best practices.
 

Ensure safety compliance in the plant.
 

Ensure plant MIS and reporting.
 

Support the Plant Manager in day-to-day plant operations.
 

Ensure implementation of industrial standards in the plant.
 

Prepare monthly production/shutdown plans in line with BU plans.
 

Ensure reporting structures at plant, BU and group levels.
 

Conduct production meetings and track performance parameters.
 

Analyze operational parameters and prepare reasons for variances.
 

Monitor technical and cost parameters and highlight deviations.
 

Ensure Plant KPIs are aligned with targets.
 

Coordinate Production, Cost, CAPEX, Reliability, Energy Committee and other meetings.
 

Prepare plant benchmarking.
 

Coordinate with CMO's Office regarding plant operation matters.
 

Coordinate with all department heads and plant team members.
