Position: Plant Head (General Manager)- Cement Plant
 

Department: Plant Operations & Commercial
 

Experience: 15+ Years in Cement Manufacturing Industry, including Plant Head / GM / Senior Management experience
 

CTC: Negotiable, based on experience, competency and mutual understanding
 

Key Skill: Production, Maintenance, Quality, Safety, Procurement, Cost Control, Commercial Operations, Plant Efficiency, Productivity, Profitability, Leadership, Decision-Making, Negotiation & Team Management
 

Responsibility: Lead Plant Operations and Commercial Functions; improve plant efficiency, productivity and profitability; oversee Production, Maintenance, Quality, Safety, Procurement, Cost Control and Commercial Operations
 

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Management or relevant field; Master’s Degree preferred
