Responsibility:

 

Manage the rotary kiln system and monitor clinker output quality.
 

Maintain and improve thermal efficiency.
 

Control and monitor Rotary Kiln, Preheater Tower, Calciner and Clinker Cooler through DCS.
 

Ensure continuous, safe and efficient operation of kiln and cooler systems.
 

Perform preventive, corrective and shutdown maintenance.
 

Ensure compliance with plant safety requirements.
