He will responsible for CCR Operation and driving efficiency of the plant and increase production by driving efficiency in each section.

 

He needs to meet the production targets and also reduce cost of production through efficiency building.

 

Job description:

 

Knowledge of All section (Kiln, Raw Mill, Cement Mill, Coal Mill, Raw Mill, Pyro section, VRPM)
 

Knowledge of Process / Chemical Engg of Cement plants
 

Knowledge of Kiln, Ball Mills and other details like Grinding Media / Production efficiencies/ reducing cost of Energy etc.

 

Education
 

Diploma in Chemical / B. Sc / M. Sc in Chemsitry
