Responsibilities:

 

Lead and manage Cement Mill operations to ensure optimum performance, quality, and energy efficiency.

 

Plan, execute, and monitor operations to achieve production, quality, and cost targets.

 

Maintain process stability through real-time monitoring and corrective actions.

 

Optimize power consumption (kWh/ton) and grinding media utilization.

 

Ensure smooth and reliable operations with minimal downtime through coordination with maintenance and quality teams.

 

Analyze bottlenecks and implement process improvement and energy-efficiency initiatives.

 

Prepare and present production and performance reports to plant management.

 

Participate in RCA of equipment failures and support corrective measures.

 

Ensure strict adherence to safety, environment, and emission control norms.

 

Lead, train, and motivate CCR operators and field teams for improved performance.

 

Qualification: Diploma / Graduate in Chemical Engineering or Cement Technology

 

Function: Manufacturing - Production & Process
