Responsibilities:

 

Ensure safety and maintenance of all mechanical equipment such as Crusher, Stacker, Reclaimer, Kiln-Cooler, Ball Mill, Roller Press, Water System, and Workshop.

 

Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

 

Develop and maintain documentation including drawings, PM checklists, and equipment history sheets.

 

Ensure safety of personnel, tools, and equipment in the work area.

 

Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards in the concern area.

 

Participate in IMS audits, emergency preparedness, and risk assessments.

 

Implement applicable safety standards and monitor vibrations and analysis.

 

Work effectively as part of a team.
