Responsibilities:

 

Lead and manage the Pyro-processing section (kiln, preheater, calciner & cooler) for optimal performance and output

 

Ensure clinker production, process stability, and energy efficiency while maintaining product quality norms

 

Plan, execute, and monitor operations to meet production, quality, and cost targets

 

Maintain process stability through real-time parameter monitoring and corrective actions

 

Drive energy efficiency, power optimization, and AFR (Alternative Fuel & Raw Material) usage per sustainability goals

 

Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to ensure smooth, reliable operations with minimal downtime

 

Conduct root cause analysis of equipment/process issues and implement preventive and corrective measures

 

Prepare and present daily/weekly/monthly reports to plant management

 

Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and emission control norms

 

Lead, train, and motivate CCR operators and field staff to achieve high performance and skill enhancement

 

Qualification: 

 

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering or Cement Technology
