Key Responsibilities:
 

Handle channel distribution and appoint new dealers/sub-dealers.
 

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve company objectives.
 

Achieve area sales targets and ensure healthy fund flow.
 

Contribute to brand-building and ensure proper pricing in the market.
 

Provide technical support and customer engagement in the assigned area.
 

Experience: 7–10 years (Cement / Building material Industry preferred)
 

Qualification: Graduate
