Job Description

 

The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in SCADA projects, PLC integration, automation software development, and commissioning. This role involves working on advanced control systems, troubleshooting field instruments, and ensuring seamless operations in industrial automation.
 

Lead SCADA projects and integrate with PLC systems (FLS/Siemens).
 

Develop and program automation software for SCADA/PLC applications.
 

Execute SCADA system development and commissioning efficiently.
 

Work with VFD systems and ensure proper functionality. .
 

Oversee the installation and commissioning of Instrumentation systems for Pfeiffer-make Vertical Roller Mills
 

Ensure proper working of metal detectors, magnetic separators, weigh feeders, bin weighing systems, and packers.
 

Perform troubleshooting of field instruments and panels to maintain smooth operations.
 

Manage IMCC interfacing and control schemes for optimized process control.

 

Preferred candidate profile

 

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation Engineering, or related field
 

5-10 years of experience in SCADA development, PLC programming, and industrial automation.
 

Expertise in SCADA/PLC programming, automation software, and industrial communication protocols.
 

Strong understanding of VFDs, instrumentation systems, and troubleshooting techniques.
 

Experience with Pfeiffer-make Vertical Roller Mills and similar industrial equipment.
 

Knowledge of advanced control schemes, IMCC interfacing, and automation trends.

B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics/Telecommunication, Instrumentation
