Job Description: 

 

Organize the production according to the dispatch schedule and ensure maximum uptime by controlling process parameters while meeting output and quality targets.

 

Monitor production of clinker to ensure consistently high quality to maintain the company's long-held reputation for manufacturing good quality cement products.

 

Propose, plan, and implement cost-effective plant process improvements or upgradation projects while keeping in mind Safety, Productivity and Quality aspects.

 

Ensure plant operations follow the budgeted consumption targets of fuel, power, grinding media & refractory material for achieving overall cost effectiveness.

 

Ensure Process department is well-staffed and well-trained to always support the plant operations with a focus on safety and productivity.

 

Qualifications

 

B. Tech/B.E in Chemical Engineering or B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry
