Job description

 

Supervise and manage the mechanical operations across all sections from Crusher to Packing Plant.
 

Develop and implement maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution of preventive maintenance
 

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
 

Plan and oversee mechanical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
 

Manage and control the budget for mechanical operations, focusing on cost-effective solutions
 

Planning and execution of routine jobs, preventive jobs, breakdown jobs & shutdown jobs
 

Maintenance of cement Ball mill /roller press/vrm and other plant equipment.

 

Desired Candidate Profile

 

Should be B.Tech.(Mech.) from reputed institute
 

Quality relevant experience of 10+ years
 

Having experience of maintenance as well as Project from Crusher Section to Packing Plant Section, SAP PM & MM Module
 

Well versed with SAP and MS office
 

Prepare & implementation of SOPs & Safety standards
 

Deptt specific Manpower planning & Team Development

B. Tech/B.E. in Mechanical
