Job Description

1. Achieving quality targets with minimum variations

2. Chemical analysis of raw materials, semi-finished, finished products as per relevant standards.

3. Testing, monitoring and optimization of cement manufacturing process at various stages.

4. Identifying the gaps and initiate the corrective actions.

5. Physical testing of raw materials, semi-finished, finished products as per relevant standards.

6. Calibration of various lab instruments. Like X-ray analyzer, Bomb calorimeter, Blaine apparatus, Compression testing machine, Vibration machine, flame photometer, particle size analyzer etc.

7. Testing of packing Bags.

8. Maintaining of laboratory as per the standards of NABL/ISO/BIS and keeping related records.

9. Operation of lab instruments like X-ray analyzer, particle size analyzer, Bomb calorimeter.

10. Various product development trials.
