Job Description:
 

Experience in Cement Plant Operations and optimization primarily. Raw mill (RP) and cement mill (RP +Ball mill)
 

Being a shift duty position requires earlier hands-on experience to get familiar with logic/interlocks etc. for smooth running & safety.
 

Site knowledge for cement mill & Raw mill RP, Ball mill with RP with flow diagram & troubleshooting.
 

Experience in grinding media sorting and degradation,
 

Shutdown Activity, grinding media Planning, Inventory Control, Execution & Shutdown. Grinding media top up planning and wear rate monitoring.
 

All operation related SOP knowledge regarding Hopper cleaning/HAG cleaning etc.
 

Production report preparation in SAP.
 

Exposure to ISO/OHSAS/EMS/ WCM/ Safety Standards etc.
 

Cost Optimization and Control (identify and analyze various process inputs and parameters like power etc., for cost reduction and ensure cost effective plant operation).
 

Monitor timely execution of repairs in CM section and readiness of standby equipment for improvement of equipment
 

availability.
 

Monitoring and ensuring the sectional specific power consumption and product TPH.
 

Coordination with inter departments & follow up for trouble shooting in your respective section.
 

Monitoring stack all emissions & fugitive dust emission according to statutory standard.
 

Education:
 

Diploma in Chemical, B.Tech/B.E. in Chemical, MS/M.Sc(Science) in Chemical Engineering & Materials Science
