Job Description:

 

Operate and monitor boiler systems AFBC and auxiliaries through DCS.
 

Ensure compliance with operational procedures, safety norms, and environmental standards.
 

Monitor process parameters, identify abnormalities, and take corrective actions to maintain stable operations.
 

Respond to alarms, system upsets, and emergency conditions promptly.
 

Coordinate with electrical, turbine, and maintenance teams for load management and troubleshooting.
 

Maintain daily operational logs, shift reports, and equipment performance records.
 

Conduct start-up, shutdown, and load change operations of the boiler and related equipment.
 

Analyze trends in DCS data to optimize boiler efficiency and steam generation.
 

Participate in routine maintenance and shutdown activities as required.
 

Assist in training and guiding junior operators and technicians.
 

Report equipment faults and assist in root cause analysis (RCA) for repeated failures.

 

Education:
 

B.Tech/B.E. in Instrumentation, Mechanical, Diploma in Mechanical
