Job Description

 

1. DCS Operations & Monitoring:

Monitor and control turbine operations via the DCS system (e.g., Siemens, ABB, Yokogawa, Emerson).
Ensure parameters such as temperature, pressure, and load are within safe limits.

2.Start-Up and Shutdown Procedures:
Execute safe and efficient start-up and shutdown of turbines.
Coordinate with electrical and mechanical teams during turbine operations.

3.Troubleshooting & Maintenance Support:
Identify and troubleshoot faults in turbine operation or control logic.
Support predictive and preventive maintenance activities.

4.System Configuration & Logic Modification:
Modify control logic or HMI graphics as per operational requirements or during plant upgrades.

5.Safety & Compliance:
Adhere to safety standards and permit-to-work systems.
Ensure compliance with plant operational standards and environmental regulations.

6.Reporting:
Prepare daily operation reports and incident logs.
Analyze trends and suggest operational improvements.
