Job Description

 

Install, inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components across the plant including motors, drives, lighting, PLCs, MCCs, and switchgear.
 

Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in equipment such as kilns, crushers, conveyors, and mills.
 

Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and reduce unplanned outages.
 

Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
 

Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards (e.g., NEC, OSHA).
 

Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and update maintenance management systems.
 

Support plant operations by responding promptly to breakdowns and participating in shutdowns or planned outages.
 

Collaborate with other maintenance and production teams to improve system reliability and safety.
