Job Description:

 

Maintenance Scheduling: 

 

Develop daily/weekly/annual plans for preventative and predictive maintenance, including major overhauls and shutdowns.

 

Project Coordination:

 

Plan and oversee mechanical aspects of new projects or expansions, coordinating with suppliers, contractors, and other departments (Civil, E&I).

 

 

Equipment  Management:

 

Plan work for critical equipment like crushers, mills, conveyors, pumps, compressors, and pollution control systems (bag filters, ESPs).

 

Troubleshooting & Reliability: 

 

Diagnose faults, implement corrective actions, and ensure equipment uptime through proactive measures.

 

 

Documentation:

 

Maintain records, generate reports, and ensure SOPs are updated. 
 

Key Skills & Knowledge

 

Mechanical Expertise:

 

Deep knowledge of cement plant machinery (rotary equipment, material handling, hydraulics).

 

Planning Tools:

 

Familiarity with SAP (MM Module) and project management software (Primavera often used in planning).

 

Predictive Maintenance:

 

Experience with vibration analysis, laser alignment, and other diagnostic tools.

 

Site Coordination:

 

Strong ability to work with site teams, contractors, and vendors.

 

Safety & Quality:

 

Adherence to strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
