Position: Area Sales Manager (Deputy Manager/ Sr Manager) – Cement Plant

Experience: Relevant experience in Institutional Sales within Cement Industry

CTC: As per company norms

Qualification: MBA Preferred

Responsibility:

Manage, train, and motivate the sales team to drive revenue growth.
Monitor sales performance, sales data, forecasting, and reporting.
Handle territory analysis and execute sales strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients.
Visit potential and existing customers for product awareness and business development.
Ensure receivable management and NCR optimization.
Develop promotional strategies to increase customer base and retention.
