Experience: 15–20 Years 

 

Qualification: B.E./B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Responsibility:

Lead and manage all mechanical maintenance activities across the plant.
 

Ensure high equipment reliability and availability through preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
 

Plan and execute shutdowns, overhauls, and major maintenance projects.
 

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and optimize plant performance.
 

Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and contractor resources.
 

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers and technicians.
 

Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and statutory compliance standards.

 

Others: Proven leadership experience in mechanical maintenance within a cement plant. Strong analytical, planning, and team management skills.
