General Manager – Civil – Cement Plant

Job description

 

Understand organizations requirement and incorporates the same into Civil maintenance planning ensuring optimum utilization of resources

 

Support the Head- Operations and Maintenance to support formulation of Civil maintenance strategy based on criticality of requirements, cost control norms and quality specifications

 

Ensure alignment of Civil maintenance plans of the plant with production plans and to drive efficiencies in planning

 

Maintenance operations

 

Prepare cost estimation for the yearly financial budget of civil works as per overall production planning and accordingly allocate the same to various sections based on past consumption pattern

 

Lead partnerships with vendors from floating tenders, evaluation, getting management approval, get vendor codes opened, etc

 

Work Execution

 

Ensure instructions about work order are translated to work plan for the contactors and internal team.

 

Education
 

B. Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering
