Position: Technical Officer – Cement Marketing & Technical Services

 

Experience: 2–3 Years

 

CTC: Up to ₹4 LPA + Other Applicable Allowances (As per Company Policy)

 

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Civil) / Diploma (Civil)

Responsibility:

 

Generate leads through site visits and conversion activities.
 

Conduct techno-sales promotional meetings for Masons, Contractors, and Individual House Builders (IHBs).
 

Address customer queries and provide technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
 

Visit Dealers, Retailers, Contractors, and Technocrats to generate leads and referrals.
 

Maintain close coordination and collaboration with the Sales Team.
 

Promote the company's products and technical services in the assigned territory.
 

Support customers in building stronger and durable structures through technical guidance.

 

Others:

 

Age: Minimum 21 Years.
 

Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory.
 

This is a field-based role and not an office job.
 

Extensive field work is required.
