Position: Factory Medical Officer (FMO) – Cement Plant

 

Experience: Experience in Occupational Health, Industrial Health, or as a Factory Medical Officer in Manufacturing/Process Industries

 

Qualification: MBBS from a recognized Medical Institution (AFIH Preferred)

Responsibility:

 

Provide primary healthcare and emergency medical support to employees.
 

Conduct periodic medical examinations and occupational health surveillance.
 

Ensure compliance with the Factories Act and occupational health regulations.
 

Maintain medical records, health reports, and statutory documentation.
 

Drive employee wellness, preventive healthcare, and health awareness initiatives.
 

Support EHS and safety teams in promoting a safe workplace environment.
 

Coordinate with local hospitals, specialists, and emergency response services.
 

Assess employee fitness for duty and manage occupational health cases.
