Education: BE / B. Tech in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
Experience: Minimum 7 to 8 years of progressive, hands-on experience in the maintenance, commissioning, troubleshooting, and project execution of electrical systems.
Age Limit: Under 45 years of age.
Expertise in the installation, configuration, testing, and advanced troubleshooting of high-power VVVF/VFD drives (AC and DC)
Experience with major industrial brands (e.g., ABB, Siemens, Schneider Electric).
Proficiency in drive parameterization, tuning, and optimizing performance.
In-depth knowledge of Low Tension (LT) and High Tension (HT) (Medium Voltage/MV) switchgear (e.g., 11kV, 33kV, 400V) used in industrial substations and distribution networks.
Hands-on experience with Preventive Maintenance (PM), corrective maintenance (CM), testing (e.g., Hi-Pot, Primary/Secondary Injection), and commissioning of circuit breakers, transformers, relays, and protection systems.
Familiarity with relevant international standards (IEC, ANSI, IEEE) and local GCC utility/code compliance.
Practical experience with Siemens PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) hardware (e.g., S7-300, S7-400, S7-1500)
Ability to read, modify, troubleshoot PLC logic and HMI/SCADA interfaces.
Experience in industrial automation, process control, and motor control centres (MCCs).
Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, IEC 61850).
Experience with setting up and troubleshooting industrial networks for SCADA/Control systems.
Experience in the maintenance and configuration of CCTV (Closed-Circuit Television) and surveillance systems, including IP-based networks and NVRs/DVRs.
Proficiency with Fire Alarm Systems (FAS), including panels, detectors, and integration with emergency shutdown systems.
UPS/DC systems, emergency generators, lighting control systems, and grounding/earthing systems.
