Key Responsibilities:
 

Oversee end-to-end Industrial Relations and Compliance
 

Maintain a harmonious relationship between management and workmen
 

Liaise with government & statutory bodies
 

Drive proactive IR strategies and grievance handling
 

Ensure 100% statutory compliance at the plant level

 

Industry: Cement (Mandatory)
 

Experience: 17+ Years in IR & HR within large-scale Cement Plants
 

CTC: Up to 50 LPA (Based on experience & suitability)
