Position: Civil – Associate General Manager – Cement Plant

 

Experience: 15 – 20 Years

 

Qualification: B. Tech / B.E. in Civil

Responsibility: Initiate and manage civil work execution with project engineering team, implement approved drawings and ensure feasibility, estimate cost and finalize budgets, coordinate with technical (E&I, Mechanical, Safety) and commercial (Logistics, Materials, HR) teams, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, optimize use of in-house materials and equipment, monitor project cost vs budget and timelines, coordinate structural and architectural designs, manage contractors and internal execution teams as per SOPs
