Responsibility: Drive process excellence initiatives (Six Sigma, TPM), optimize plant performance and output, monitor power utilization, quality and emission norms, manage internal & external projects, handle manpower and material, ensure safety compliance, maximize uptime of major equipment like kiln and mills
 

Qualification: B. Tech / B.E. / M. Tech in any Specialization
