Position: Vice President – Projects – Cement Plant (Grinding Unit)
 

Experience: 20–30 Years

 

Key Responsibilities
 

Lead the complete lifecycle of the 3 MTPA greenfield cement plant project
 

Drive project planning, engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning
 

Ensure project delivery within defined timelines, budget, and quality standards
 

Manage EPC contractors, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders
 

Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and statutory regulations
 

Monitor project progress and implement risk mitigation strategies
 

Build and lead a high-performing project team
 

Coordinate with top management and provide regular project updates
 

Candidate Profile
 

Qualification: B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering
 

Experience: 20–30 years in project execution within large cement companies
 

Mandatory experience in handling ~3 Million TPA capacity cement plant projects
 

Strong exposure to greenfield project execution in the cement industry
 

Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
