Key Skill: Open cast limestone mining, production scale-up, mine planning & execution, vendor management, resource optimization, stakeholder & regulatory handling, capacity expansion projects, leadership & operational excellence
 

Responsibility: Lead end-to-end mining operations, scale production from 30,000 TPM to 100,000 TPM, develop mining strategy, manage vendors & resources, ensure regulatory compliance, drive business expansion and export-focused operations
