Experience: 12 – 16 Years

 

Qualification: B. Tech / B.E.

 

Key Skill: Mining Operations, Mine Planning, Minerals Conservation

 

Other Key Skill: Production Planning, Quality Coordination, Vendor Management, Equipment Maintenance, Budget Control

 

Responsibility: Prepare and monitor production & operational plans, optimize production through manpower and shift planning, lead minerals conservation and mine development, coordinate with QC for quality control of limestone, ensure raw material availability, guide maintenance team for equipment upkeep, approve technical vendors, control maintenance budget (spares, fuel, power), ensure compliance with mining laws and regulations, supervise workforce and contractors
