Position: General Manager – Projects – Cement Plant

 

Experience: 15–30 years in project management within large cement companies, with exposure to cement plant construction, expansion, and modernization projects

 

CTC: As per industry standards

 

Key Skill: Project planning & execution, cement plant engineering, budget & cost control, vendor & stakeholder management, risk assessment & mitigation, strong communication & leadership

 

Responsibility: Lead planning, execution & commissioning of greenfield and brownfield cement projects, manage timelines, budgets & resources, coordinate with engineering, procurement & operations teams, ensure safety & regulatory compliance,

handle vendor management & contract negotiation, monitor progress and take corrective actions, oversee installation, commissioning & stabilization of plant operations

 

Qualification: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
