Key Responsibilities:

 

Provide primary medical care & emergency response to employees

 

Conduct Periodic Medical Examinations (PME) and maintain health records

 

Ensure compliance with statutory health & safety requirements (Factories Act)

 

Implement occupational health & wellness programs

 

Coordinate with safety team and external hospitals in case of emergencies

 

Experience in Manufacturing / Industrial Plant preferred

Qualification :

 

MBBS with AFIH Certification (Mandatory)
