Job description

 

Responsible to execute production schedule as per monthly plan
 

Responsible for day today operation of Kiln
 

Responsible for process optimization
 

Responsible for Kiln operation MIS and preparing MIS on KPIs fortnightly
 

Development of his subordinates.
 

Responsible for ensuring high level of safety, health, 5S, CFT & environment practice
 

Ensuring that the systems and control are in place for better operations of Kiln and coal mill
 

Responsible for Spares Parts Planning, Budgeting and inventory control.
 

Better coordination with other department to achieve the reliability above 98%
 

Responsible for Refractory Management and planning for shutdown in line with maintenance team.
 

Responsible for sustaining Recycle waste usage as per budget

 

Education
 

Bachelor of Technology / Bachelor of Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) in Chemical
