Position: Manager / Sr. Manager – Quality Control (QC) – Cement Plant
 

Experience: 8–15 Years in Cement Industry
 

CTC: As per Industry Standards
 

Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry or relevant field; Certification in Cement / Quality Control will be an added advantage

 

Experience:

Minimum 8–15 years of experience in Cement Industry,

Strong knowledge of raw material analysis, clinker & cement testing,

Experience in handling laboratory operations, quality assurance systems, and process control,

Hands-on experience with XRF, XRD, and other lab equipment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee quality control of raw materials, clinker, and finished cement,

Ensure compliance with BIS and other regulatory standards,

Monitor process parameters and coordinate with production team,

Lead and manage QC laboratory team.

 

Preference:

Immediate joiners preferred
