Position: DGM / GM (HOD)– Electrical & Instrumentation- Cement Plant

 

Experience: 

 

Minimum 15–20 Years of experience in Cement Industry,

 

At least 5+ years in a leadership role heading Electrical & Instrumentation department,

 

Strong exposure in plant maintenance, shutdown planning, power management, PLC/SCADA systems, and statutory compliance.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Lead and manage Electrical & Instrumentation department operations,

 

Ensure preventive & breakdown maintenance of plant equipment,

 

Power optimization and energy management,

 

Ensure safety standards and statutory compliance,

 

Team management and training.

 

Qualification:

 

B.E./B. Tech in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering,

 

Additional certification in Instrumentation will be an added advantage.
