Job Responsibilities

 

To ensure that the Packer and Bulk loader outputs are streamlined according to the budget and timelines
 

To ensure that the Safety and health standards are maintained at the Packing session for a better work environment and compliance with relevant statutory requirements
 

To maintain the housekeeping standards efficiently
 

To optimize the Rake and trucks turnaround time in line with the planned schedules
 

To reduce the bursting of polyethene and paper bags at the Packing Session
 

Responsible for ensuring proper staffing and labour for all operations either directly or through outsourcing
 

Monthly reconciliation of cement bags
 

To Maintain the bags weight variation
 

To Ensure the short/excess supply of cement bags
 

To Coordinate with the Logistics departments for proper dispatches
 

To monitor the empty bags dimensions/measurements as per standards.
 

Certification of loading contractor bills.
 

Monitoring & reducing the bag burstage.
 

Ensure the preventive maintenance of packing equipment.
 

To ensure the zero break down of the packing plant.
 

Monitoring and maintain the units per ton of cement dispatches.
 

To maintain the stores & spares cost as per the business plan.
 

To maintain the O&M cost as per business plan.
 

Maintaining condition of cement silos

 

Education
 

Bachelor of Technology / Bachelor of Engineering (B. Tech/B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering
