Essential Qualification:
 

1. Sound understanding of Production activity in similar Industry with shift working at shop floor
 

2. Ability to troubleshoot operations and co-ordinate with cross functional dept.
 

3. Plan & Carryout shutdown activities
 

4. Oversee daily production activities to meet production target & deadlines
 

5. Exposure to similar Technology MASA or Hess would be preferable
 

6. Implement and maintain quality control procedures to meet product specifications and regulatory requirements
 

7. Ensure production follows specified procedures & complies with Quality, in alignment to local legal compliance
 

8. Work with Quality control team to resolve product issues and prevent defects
 

9. Working on Shift schedule and operating team’s requirement of resources
 

10. Identify and address potential safety hazards or quality issues
 

11. Ensure training and development of People
 

12. Ensure all team members adhere to safety procedures
 

13. Oversee the availability of necessary materials, tools, and supplies, coordinating with the procurement team to prevent shortages
 

14. Monitor inventory levels and report usage to ensure resources are efficiently managed.

 

Desired Qualification:
 

1. Good knowledge about Industrial safety
 

2. Satisfactory level of computational skills
 

3. Contractor/People Management

 

Qualification: Diploma/Intermediate
