Key Skill:

 

Chartered Accountants or Certified Internal Auditors with experience in preferably in the cement sector for the role of Audit Executive.

 

Job Description:

 

Preparing a detailed schedule for the audit of different locations in consultation in the operational and financial domains to ensure that there is a defined audit plan in place.

 

Examine and review the existing procedures and internal controls both in terms of efficient and operating effectiveness

 

Evaluate management procedures, operations and controls to ensure the Company is operating as efficiently as possible while remaining within established corporate polices and statutory regulations.

 

Examine financial records, information systems and internal controls to ensure there are no indications of mismanagement, unnecessary waste of resources or instances of fraud or wrongdoing existing in the Company.

 

Review all records and information related to expenditures, cost, taxes and internal controls of the Company

 

Analyze existing processes for cost saving/reduction.

 

Verify compliance with various statutes and other standard operating procedures of the company and monitoring the action plans emerging out of the audit reports

 

Explore best practices and facilitate implementation of the same in the organisation.
