Job Description:

 

To assist in completeness of monthly/quarterly group reporting as per IND-AS and report the same at defined intervals EBITDA Analysis to ensure correctness of cost booking, to highlight irregular / extraordinary booking at appropriate level and take corrective action.

 

To independently prepare working capital every month review and submission to Group and External agencies like banks.

 

To ensure reconciliation of palnt and Related party Transactions To assist in preparation and finalization of annual accounts of SFS and CFS.

 

To independently prepare, review and get audited critical notes to accounts such as Related party disclosures MSMED reporting, Purchase and capital commitment, CWIP reporting, etc.

 

To independently prepare Capex reporting at Consolidated level FA schedule as per companies act, Income Tax.

 

To independently prepare, review and get audited critical tax audit annexure as required under Income Tax Act.

 

To monitor TOC for ICFR audit and co-coordinate with location to fulfill the auditors requirements

 

 

Qualification:

 

CA
