Job Description:

 

Excellent knowledge on Rotating Equipment Vibration Analysis (Motor, Gear boxes, Fans, Elevators, Conveyors etc.,). VA CAT-II certification is necessary.
 

Strong technical knowledge Preventive maintenance and working experience in SAP-PM module. Candidate with SAP Power user training is preferred
 

Good knowledge of 4P Maintenance concept
 

Experience of In-situ Dynamic Balancing of Fan Impellers and Rotors
 

Good knowledge in precision Laser Alignment
 

Good knowledge in NDT activities like Ultrasonic Flaw Detection, Penetrant Testing, Magnetic Particle Inspection
 

Facilitating RCA meetings and complying the RCA tracker and maintaining action logs for RCA outcomes
 

Conducting of other condition monitoring techniques like wear measurement, Metal hardness measurement, Thickness measurement, Shore hardness measurement for defining the component life
 

Responsible for planning of spares/consumables required for NDT activities and Calibration of monitoring instruments
 

Preparation of Maintenance KPI report, Section wise Pareto charts for breakdowns on monthly basis.
 

Review of critical equipment parameters
 

Preparation of internal inspection abnormalities and generating NCRs for abnormalities
 

Responsible for preparation of Vibration Abnormality report, Main drive vibration trends, Corrective action summary report and circulation with team and follow up for compliance
 

Responsible for preparation and review of various SOP associated with condition monitoring activities
 

Preparing revision number for shutdowns to track shutdown job, equipment history and cost.
