Job Description:

 

Should have independently managed the Manufacturing unit of a Cement Plant. Should have the ability to facilitate the production activities in realizing the planned business goals.

 

Key Role Responsibility:

 

Responsible for optimizing production volume , quality and cost across all production units / sections within the plant
 

Holding the key responsibility for preparing production unit/section wise production plan based on marketing requirements as per business plan
 

Well enough to identifying new projects as well as de-bottlenecking of existing systems / processes so as to achieve the business plan
 

Owing the responsible to improve upon the existing processes and systems
 

Holding accountability for inventory control of spares
 

Responsible for maximizing OEE
 

Responsible to drive initiatives like TPM, TQM, QC and other OD interventions
 

Responsible to suggest new tech. improvements, processes & get them executed.
 

Responsible for building a vibrant team, managing succession planning, developing the second line and improving the competency levels of the overall team
 

Responsible for ensuring harmonious IR
 

Responsible for ensuring high level of safety health and environment practice at the production units and ensuring compliances with relevant
