Job Description: 

 

Oversee the entire operations of the cement plant. 
 

Ensure production efficiency, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
 

Lead teams across production, maintenance, and engineering departments.
 

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase plant productivity.

 

General Requirements: 
 

Industry: Cement Industry experience is a must. 
 

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
 

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead teams effectively.

 

Qualifications: 

 

Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent, with extensive leadership experience.
