Key Skill:

Operate the Pyro & Post clink erization section with desired output
 

Produce product (Raw Meal, Clinker, Cement) of good quality conforming to the QMS standards and quantity target set by Production Manager. 
 

Minimum Years / Type of experience: Minimum 6+ years with B.Tech/ 9+ years with Diploma
 

Area-specific knowledge:
 

Operation knowledge of the various equipment-Pyro & grinding section.
 

Process knowledge
 

Chemistry of cement
 

Computer application.
 

Knowledge on SAP or other MIS system.
 

Knowledge of pyro refractories & kiln lining.

 

Job Description:

 

Co- Ordinate with Production operators (CCR & field) for the smooth operation of the plant.
 

Monitor the quality of the products and maintain the quality within the range as defined in the QMS procedures.

Keep good co- ordination with the laboratory for the feedback of quality.
 
To follow the non- conformity procedure in case the product is not conforming to the standards.
 
Keep good communication with all and inform the abnormalities to the concerned (Production & maintenance).
 
To act effectively during emergency situations like fire/ accidents.
 
Execute critical troubleshooting operations efficiently.
 
Plan for shutdown/maintenance activities in line with direction of production head.
 
Ensure all compliance with Safety & environment during plant operation.

 

Qualification: 

 

B.E/B.Tech Chemical & Cement Technology / Diploma in Chemical/Cement Technology
