Key Responsibilities:

 

Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure including hardware, software, and networks.
 

Provide end-user support and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.
 

Implement cybersecurity measures and ensure data protection protocols.
 

Handle system backups, routine maintenance, and disaster recovery processes.
 

Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT solutions and support.

 

Desired Candidate Profile

 

2–3 years of hands-on experience in IT support or system administration.
 

Strong knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking, and system troubleshooting.
 

Familiarity with security tools, antivirus, and basic data backup protocols.
 

Ability to work independently in a plant/ location-based environment.
 

Good communication and documentation skills.
