Job Description

 

Installation, commissioning, maintenance, and calibration of field instruments, weighing systems, etc.
 

Hands-on experience in various Variable Frequency Drives (VFD).
 

Expertise in Siemens S7 DCS system.
 

Preparation of I/O signal lists, cable schedules, and instrument data sheets.
 

Knowledge of metal detectors, magnetic separators, weigh feeders, and bin weighing systems.
 

Troubleshooting field instruments and panel-related issues
 

Understanding of weigh bridges, UPS, IMCC interfacing, and control schemes.

 

Preferred candidate profile

 

Strong technical proficiency in instrumentation and electronics
 

Experience with industrial automation systems.
 

Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
 

Knowledge of safety protocols related to instrumentation.
 

Prior experience in large-scale project execution.
 

Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards.

B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics/Telecommunication, Instrumentation
