Job Description

 

Assist in day-to-day monitoring of kiln, raw mill, coal mill, and cement mill operations.
 

Analyze process parameters and trends; suggest improvements to enhance performance and reduce energy consumption.
 

Ensure stable and efficient operation of plant equipment in coordination with operations and maintenance teams.
 

Support in troubleshooting process issues and implementing corrective actions.
 

Participate in shift operations and ensure proper communication during shift handover.
 

Work with the Quality Control department to ensure product specifications are met.
 

Maintain records of daily production reports, stoppages, and other operational data.
 

Conduct process audits and support implementation of best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
 

Assist in training and guiding plant operators and junior staff on process best practices.
 

Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
